Brendan’s practice focuses on securities arbitrations and class actions. Prior to joining the firm, Brendan practiced at a law firm that specialized in defending professional liability matters, especially in the areas of legal malpractice, medical malpractice, and employer liability. Following law school, Brendan served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary M. Johnston of the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division. In that role, Brendan gained experience in the business and financial industries while honing his research, writing, and analytical skills.
Brendan attended the University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree, cum laude, in 2011, and a Master of Music in Music Performance degree in 2014. While in graduate school, Brendan performed in a number of musical groups that were contracted with various agencies in the Philadelphia region.
Brendan earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in 2018, attending on a Full Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
