Prior to joining the firm, Chris was an associate at two class action law firms, where he concentrated on complex litigations alleging securities fraud, commodity manipulation, price fixing, and exchange-related antitrust claims. Chris’ experience in prosecuting claims under the Sherman and Commodity Exchange Acts include matters against one of the largest agricultural commodities merchants in the world, as well as the investment banking giant, Goldman Sachs. Prior to law school, Chris worked as a financial associate at JPMorgan, where he helped managed the bank’s proprietary private equity portfolios. Chris also worked at Marcum LLP, focusing on the audit and review of registered companies under the Securities Exchange Commission.
Chris earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Dispute Resolution Society, and interned for the Honorable George B. Daniels (S.D.N.Y.) as well as the S.D.N.Y. U.S. Attorney’s Office. He received his B.B.A., cum laude, in accounting and finance from Baruch College. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
