    Consumer Fraud Litigation

    Consumers drive the U.S. economy, but too often are taken advantage of by manufacturers and retailers. False advertising is a drain on consumers’ resources, and it undermines the sale of legitimate goods. State laws are designed to protect consumers from being misled in the purchase of goods or services, but those laws do nothing if consumers don’t utilize them. Consumer fraud violations include:

    • False or misleading advertising or statements about products or services;
    • Literally true statements if they mislead consumers;
    • Unfair or deceptive business practices, such as bait-and-switch schemes; and
    • Products or services failing to perform as promised.

    If you have been misled by false advertising or if you have purchased a product that did not live up to your reasonable expectations, please contact, please contact Brian Penny or Mark Goldman to discuss your rights.
