Goldman Scarlato & Penny is currently investigating a potential class action lawsuit for premature fuel pump failure in certain BMW diesel vehicles. BMW diesel owners have reported engine stalling while driving caused by a failure of the high-pressure fuel pump. Certain BMW models may contain a defective high-pressure fuel pump.
